Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Technical/Sales and Marketing qualification.
- Matric.
- Previous compressor experience advantageous.
- 5 Years Parts and service sales experience in a similar industry.
- Understanding communication protocols used in PLC/SCADA systems as well as remote monitoring via cloud-based programs (Experience in these systems and basic networking principles etc.).
- The ability to work independently.
- Potential and the willingness to drive self-development.
- Cohesive Team Player that Enhances Team Performance.
- The ability to maintain good Customer relationships.
- Good Administrative and Organizational skills.
- Good Practical Computer Knowledge and Skills.
- Cognizance of Sales Planning and Territory Management.
- Technical Acumen and the ability to grasp concepts and provide solutions to the customer.
- Conscious of energy savings methodologies within industrial, commercial, and mining sectors. (Must be up to date with industry energy saving drives etc. and explain in order to support a sale) AIRnet.
- Knowledge of compressed air piping regulations and theory.
- Able to read construction/floor plans and draw up BOMs from customers’ requirements.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Promote Airnet Sales to Direct and In-direct customer base.
- Promote and Grow Airscan Business to Direct Customer Base.
- Promote and sell Central Control Systems “Optimisers” to direct customer base.
- Promote Connectivity Packages to direct and in-direct customer base.
- Elektronikon and VSD Drive upgrades to Direct customers.
- Promote and sell “Energy Recovery Systems” to Direct Customers.
- Promote and Sell “Competitor Services” to direct and in-direct customer base.
